We don't need any more Uchiha or Ōtsutsuki Villains we need somebody cunning, Smart, Manipulative and is just Evil and not overpowered. I wouldn't mind Orochimaru coming back but if it's a new Villain that wouldn't be so bad either. We need a Joker type Villain.
