What kind of powers do you think being the Juubi Jin gives you?

What kind of powers do you think Obito will get from being the Juubi Jinchuuriki? I'm thinking along the lines of enhanced Mokuton, maybe some destructive Rinnegan techniques, and maybe enhanced Katon? What kind if Powers do you think he will receive?

If I were to guess id say mokuton that surpasses even hashi's shinsuusenju. Assuming he awoke the rinnegan with kamui then its possible that he can use all the paths techniques, but if that was the case then he could fodderize the SA with a few CSTs or maybe even multiple CBTs. The possibilities are endless but 2 things are certain with his new powerup

1) best mokuton in the manga

2) Amplified sharingan/rinnegan
