Knowing Kishi, he'll probably give him Lightning Affinity so that he can teach him the Chidori.

You keep saying chidori and i don't know if you're joking or not, that jutsu is useless without a sharingan to read counters or a sage mode to sense counters like sage naruto vs 3rd raikage.

Kunai's are really short, if you're going to stream lightning you might as well be like sasuke and bee and stream it through a sword. But i doubt bolt gets one.
