My country has make so many laws against rape cases but what I think is that some people somehow prove their innocence even if they are guilty because of a wrong judgement what I am trying to say is that what if you know that who's guilty but all the proves is in guilty man favour What will you do ? What kind of judgement will you give?

I will...

Wait, you said he proved his innocence? Great. Not Guilty. Problem solved.

He doesn't prove that he's guilty he just have proves in his favour

First off, this whole situation is stupid. If i have any preconceived notions about this persons guilt, then I can't be acting as a judge.
Secondly, if he's proved his innocence to the jury, then i can't overturn that decision, no matter what I think.
Third, If any of this were to become apparent, then he can appeal to a higher court because the judge hated him in his previous trial, and he'll probably get retried and have a Not Guilty verdict again.

You can appeal in high court against the verdict of the district court. But if you do not have enough proof to begin with then you should no getting a conviction in your favour would be hard and you may lose the case.

I would say castration or *** change. Specifically serial rapists or murder rapists (those that murder the victim afterwards).

Statutory rape and single incident rapes are touchy given false accusations and mutual consent between both parties in statutory rape doesn't constitute said rapist as a serious threat to society.

A person who commits consecutive rapes or murders and rapes CLEARLY is guilty when found guilty; and is a serious threat to society.

Death is too easy a verdict, and jail only provides comfort (in some cases the freedom to rape weaker men in jail at their disposal...how ironic). Castration takes away their right to sexual indiscretion given THEY opted to take away THEIR own right when they irresponsibly acted to harm others....just as murderers on the death penalty took away their right to live when they decided to take away others.

A *** change would be extreme, however what better way to feel as victimized as their victims than to be the ones they pursued?

Both punishments allow them to continue to live their life, and it will not hinder them from being able to work/survive in the world. They will only have to suffer the life sentence of no longer having the tools to rape, or to live their life in the shoes of their victim as a reminder to their crimes.

If it's flat out evident the defendant raped someone I'll give them 10-15 years

He appeals because the judge was biased against him. He's retried, and gets a Not Guilty verdict again. The new judge, who is not you, doesn't decide that the "Not" is a purely decorative word with no real meaning. You lose your job as a judge and never work again.
