I would say A vs C.... cause I loved Gaara vs Lee! has to be one of he best fights in the whole anime. Purely because when Lee did something like the gates everyone was like WHAAAT?! he can touch the untouchable?! where as now.... its like no biggie. Theres power ups popping up left right and centre.

I agree. The unexpected makes for better fights.
Also that was a great fight. Pushed both to the limits.
