What kind of battle do you like?

All around battles wheres theres alot of strategy and strength. Also taijutsu genjutsu and ninjutsu are all used evenly. Strategy because theres always surprises and strength because its always EPIC haha especially bijuu mode or kage level battles

I like battles that are a mix of both, but still a bit more combat-oriented...
Battles where sides just exchange whoever can launch the most overpowered, devastating, unfathomably destructive moves over and over are great, but they can get a bit excessive in my opinion. Whereas, sometimes the brainy battles are a bit TOO complex or hard to follow (or even boring).

I like battles that are a good mix of combat prowess and strategic implementation, but aren't just a one-hit-kill showoff, etc. Two good examples of this to me are:

1. The beginning of Sasuke vs. Killer Bee, before Sasuke whipped out his MS. Killer Bee destroyed Sasuke, yes, but it's not because Bee was spamming jutsu or Eight-Tails stuff; it was because Bee was genuinely BETTER than Sasuke at swordfighting. There was a lot of fluidity about that part of the fight that I liked.

2. Zabuza vs. Team 7 (the first time). Zabuza trapped Kakashi pretty wittingly, forcing Naruto and Sasuke to work together to overcome the adversity. Sasuke didn't have the Sharingan, so he couldn't spam; and the two of them came up with an excellent strategy to free Kakashi from Zabuza. Great fight, to me.

I agree what your thoughts, but favor the action a bit more. I do be sometimesing because I get tired of just watching all "Action." I like stuff similar to chess. For example: the War Arc, though not a battle, when Shikaku was being strategic with his Plans to move his forces/Army or Tobi/Kabuto preparations for war and carrying out their plans. It is usually small stuff like that.

As for a battle, I enjoy most of Shikamaru's fight or Orochimaru's, Nagato's, and/or Tobi because they are most interesting and have some War plan involved. IDK

Power/Smart battles, kakashi vs Kakuzu was a good one.

Yeah that was a good fight, ninjutsu taijutsu strategy all rolled into one.

Hiruzen vs. Orochimaru!

It really brought in the sense of power to the series.
They did not just focus on Ninjutsu or Tai but they really mixed it.

Also Naruto vs. Sasuke (part 1) Every part was badass, I liked how it really shows that they are just OP kids (did not like the tailed mode or CS2 mode part) But it was really cool to see a lot of tai mixed properly with nin.

Yeah but you have to respect itachi he knows when to walk away and when to run, he does not just walk into a battle he plans it out weeks in advance.

The old naruto fights had a lot of taijutsu before people starting pulling meteorites into the earths stratosphere.
