Hold up there bro, Better healing than Sakura? That's a pretty big statement there, she was the only medic there so they had to deal with it. Her healing skills are mediocre compared to Sakura's she heals one person at a time, while Sakura heals an entire battle field. She basically got sucked dry by tsunade in one go.

Secondly Karin has absolutely no healing techs at all her only use in Taka was to be a sensing dummy and a bite dummy, she is nothing close to Sakura skill wise, tsunade would never train a potato who can't fight or has any natural strength. She would be like an Ino sure she'll have some Healing techs, but other than that she'd be useless.

Yeah Sakura was a Potato too, but she had Natural hidden talent within her which was perfect chakra control why wouldn't Tsunade teach her? That would be like picking a mut over a Chambionship bloodline dog. Early Karin had no special feats at all the only thing that kept her relevant was the Chakra chains. Meanwhile Sakura had been focusing chakra onto one spot for over three years (Highly impressive chakra control feat) She even managed to activate the seal at a younger age than Tsunade. Along with The Strength of a Hundred technique.

Tsunade remark sakura as a special student from all her students . Sakura was the only one who could have yin seal and chakra enhanced strength thanks to chakra control. Anyway out of the two sakura worked hard for her ability ,karin just inherit it ,her skills might be poor for all we know.

Tsunade is good but all her abilities are thanks to her genetic heritage without that senju and Uzumaki gene she would not be able to sustain or use her abilities to the max

Heck if naruto was a full Uzumaki he be stronger than he is now
