After EMS Sasuke was creating black flames from his right eye, basically he probably used Itachi's amaterasu which was inot the right eye as opposed to Sasuke who had it on his left.

None, that Obito's statement doesn't make any sense. Sasuke didn't get neither tsukuyomi or yata/totsuka for his Susanoo. How could Itachi transfer his eye techniques when Sasuke didn't have MS yet ? He only transferred his own amaterasu for one use, that's why it was Itachi's MS pattern when it activated.
