that is a very hard choice, seeing as Kamui can take you ANYWHERE and make your body parts "intangible", but idk if it can blind you..

Kamui, definitely. It can protect you against practically anything. This means Soul rips, genjutsu and every physical attack imaginable. It can also allow you to troll. For instance, it could easily warp you inside a complete Susano'o.

I'd rather have Tobi's S/T jutsu since it looks awesome, and because I wouldn't have to put a seal on something everytime.

Tobi's technique, as you can literally delete yourself from anything, absorb anything and just slip through things, would be amazing to do on Halloween just to scare everyone.
