I just read the manga and i dont have any effin idea what happened xD Kakashi beat Obito and then Madara started controlling Obitos right side of his body? Man i really feel bad for Obito now..

Yes, you did. Obito escaped Kakashi, wounded but alive. He only suddenly went into critical condition when Madara took control of his body, making him use the rinne tensei for himself.
