Just sleep. Unless it's day time or you're doing stuff already, time will creep by if you're waiting for the manga to come out. I usually just study til it's out while I check NB. Or I'll smoke some bowls and either watch some tv or go to sleep.

Waiting for Naruto i'm usually playing video games and lately it's been Nba 2k15 on my PS4

Since I'm so lost in time with my irregular work schedule I usually remember that Naruto was supposed to come out long after the fact U_U Unless it's on my day off, but even then I'm usually busy.
