the madaras evil plan

i dont think the madara can use any jutsu he wants.
the madara put fear and great talking into those that he wanted too join the akatsuki.
he made the akatsuki so he could go after the 9tails.
why would he need the akatsuki if he was strong enough too battle the fourth hokage and has been alive all this time he should be able too preform a countless number of jutsu and be able to retreive the 9tails by him self, hell, he couldve even got too naruto before naruto became a genin.
i believe the madara wanted itachi too be the new madara and he was going too try controling itachi with his sharingan but....itachi also has sharingan so that wouldnt do any good, madara couldve threatend itachi but...what would he threaten him with? his clans gone his friends/parents are dead the only one he can use too threaten itachi with is his brother so itachi wanted sasuke to be stronger so he could fight off the madara so he told him that he was the only one who killed the clan and he did it just too test his limits knowing that would triger making sasuke want revenge thus sasuke would become powerful.
itachi realized that madara would come after sasuke when he died from his disease and want sasuke too destroy the leaf for him.
itachi new that madara would take advantage of sasukes hatred and turn it too the leaf
in one episode itachi speaks too naruto and says
"sasuke is young and can still be molded into any shape, if he tries too destroy the leaf village what would you do?"
madara planned this from the start he knew that itachi would one day die from his disease but he wanted his brother to be powerful enough too take his place.
in the madaras past he went blind from over use of the mangekyo sharingan
so he took his brothers
in the naruto manga when sasuke starts going blind guess what he wanted to do?
"he said i want itachi's eyes"
no doubt that the madara wants sasuke too be the new madara.

my evidence of why madara cant use jutsu

Madara always wears gloves. In chapter 503, after the fourth injures him, this clear, whitish stuff that does not look like blood drips down, and his hand just comes off. even though he was struck in the back, not the arm.
Furthermore, Madara has yet to use any jutsu's requiring the weaving of hand seals. His time space jutsu doesn't seem to require any. Nor does his intangibility jutsu. when he summons the kyuubi, it doesn't show him using any seals.
best as i can tell, there is only one time in the entire manga when he uses a hand seal. When he is taking the Kyuubi out of Kushina. Even then, it is only one seal, and it is done with only one hand.
Madara says that he is only a shell of his former self. (chapter 467, page 10) He even goes so far as to call himself powerless. I think that so far people have just assumed that this refers to him perhaps losing on of his eyes, and even the mangekyou sharingan, but that didn't seem like enough to me to explain his words. It seemed like there had to be something more. Damage to his ability to use jutsu is my theory. I wonder if his battle with Hashirama took the ability to use Jutsu from his arms, sort of how orichimaru lost it in his battle with the third, except more permanently.
madara was probably resurrected and because of that he cant attach another limb too him self
but wait even if all this is true what didnt he just transfer himself too another body? why go after sasuke when he couldve used pein?
too seal this theory, sasuke is the reincarnation of the madara.
madara must have used a jutsu too seal his soul too another body that is starting to wear down, but the only body that he can use next is one that has the dna of his old one, sasukes and he plans on taking sasukes body.
only this time when he fights naruto, naruto will seal him

it was that forbiden shimigami soul sealing jutsu
my only guess is that itachi knows that jutsu possibly because the madara was his sensei
the jutsu seals and kills both the user and the one the user is using it against.

"i hope you never have too use this"
naruto said too sasuke
"when we fight we will both die"
itachi gave naruto the ability too use that shimigami jutsu
or something like that jutsu.
