personally, with vague memory, i think it's

Hashi>Minato>tobirama>muu>3rd raikage>2nd mizu>4th kaze>Sarutobi

My list is the same as yours, except I disagree on Gengetsu being above Alive Minato. The clam is crushed by Food Card Destroyer, Jouki Boi is never touching Minato, and as soon as Gengetsu starts to hide he is

How can sarutobi beat 3rd raikage? even with the wound, i don't see him winning.

Hashirama > BM Minato > Tobirama > Base Minato > Third Raikage > Gengetsu = Mu > Hiruzen > Rasa

Not entirely sure about the last two.

Although minato is hard to place I think he has good chance to defeat mu and vise versa

But 3rd raikage beats him or outlast him
