What is your overpowered character?

How about this?

Konan w/ FTG + gojou kibakufuda. She'd be able to mark multiple pieces of paper w/ the FTG seal thus allowing her to teleport to any piece of paper she wants. Then she'd have marked papers w/ gojo to create massive explosions at any given time during the fight.

She would actually be extremely overpowered w/ these two jutsus.

EMS Itachi. With Madara's level Perfect Susanoo armed with Yata and Totsuka (hype applied). He will have Shisui's eyes tranplanted to gain EMS, so he will gain Kotoamatsukami as well.

Itachi gains Sasuke's eyes, and of consequence advances his Susanoo. He can use PS along the spirit weapons, the size is the same as Sasuke's. The weapons hype is valid. Itachi isn't sick anymore and his stamina is on par with (Sick Itachi) + (EMS Sasuke) stamina. He retains all of his physical edo feats. Even Hagoromo acknowledges him and blesses him with his chakra/senjutsu, 25% of his total reserves.

He gains all of Suigetsu's and Gengetsu's feats, such as water bullet, hydrification and Joki Boi.
He carries with him a scroll with all the seven swords that he can switch at random. He can also fuse with Samehada and use Zabuza's Mist jutsu (and merge with the mist thanks to his hydrification)

The only way I can think of to make Kiba OP is if he synced chakra natures (Fire and Earth would suit most) with his Inuzuka clan techniques. Also, If he there was an Idea of Dog/Wolf Sages (or something).
If he could summon more dogs/wolfs to perform jutsus with him......but he'll need more chakra.
