I mean I don't smoke it but I don't have a problem with it being legalized and it should be legal. I just have a problem with people trying to pressure me to smoke it.

Legalize it for its medical uses.

However it must be illegal to smoke it. Must not be as easy to get (I have a headache, here get your medic card)

Illegal to use in anyway as a recreational, no consumption/smoking unless it is necessary.

You're free to do anything in pursuit of happiness as long as it does not get others caught up in it. Smoking forcefully does.

Drinking alcohol doesnt as it is consumable. Your actions are now what makes it illegal.

Smoking from the get-go causes people around you to be in danger. The amount of toxicity exponentially increases for 2nd hand smokers while 1st hand smokers only get a slim fraction of it.

I've done it a few times and it was kinda fun. It should be just like smoking and drinking alcohol a legal choice at a certain age but I really don't want people to smoke it in public. Imagine half the people in a city acting like degenerates. Yeah, I don't want that.
