he is a great character of course, carried the burden of fighting alone in the war and then sacrificed his life for the sake of his son and villlage
plus he is a polite and unassuming guy and that is good for me cause i am tired of seeing arrogant douchebags who run their mouths unnecessarily during fights and other times

I thought he was legendary and strong and went on solo mode, but he is stupid.
I'm not kidding, he lacks intelligence. Like Naruto beats him in terms of smartness - what?
The war arc. just killed the character. He won't even avenge his wife.

Naruto outsmarted most of the time in this arc.In what universe is Naruto smarter than Minato?
I'm of the opinion that forgiveness is possible even to the greatest extreme.
Maybe just momentary spotlight, but still...

Personality - it can be divided into three categories
1. Emotion - Minato is a Killer of highest level but also cried when he became a father or when his wife was about to die. He sacrificed his life for the village. In short a perfect shinobi, Leader and family man.
2. Attitude - Never Gives up. Doesn't want his colleagues/subordinates to give up. Doesn't underestimate/overestimate anyone. Again perfect shinobi, perfect leader. And yeah cried when his son was born, when his wife was about to die so again a good family man.
3. Behaviour - Minato's been the savior who everyone looked up-to. Everyone wanted to reach his level[Kishi's words not mine]

as a character he is just ok...! i liked his style when he fought tobi but in this war he has been acting like he doesn't know a thing....! he is not taking responsibility and doing nothing....! also he is losing his badassery....! right now he is acting just as a father and not as a hokage...! and since i don't like naruto (although i don't hate him either) minato is doing nothing but supporting him....! more like sakura if you ask me....!
This right here. And ironically, despite being called the fastest shinobi to live, he was always late when it mattered, though thats not his fault at all by any stretch of imagination. This flaw adds a new dimension to an otherwise goody-two-shoes character. So, all in all, he is one of the most perfect and likeable characters in Naruto.

He is my least favourite character in this manga. I never really cared about Naruto's father at all and now we've finally met him I can confirm my fears that he is a smug, posy, orphanising one-trick wonder douche with a lame and OP ability who has the personality of a brick.

U would hate a person who puts his life at the line and even sacrifice his afterlife, his soul.. to save the people he loves and don't even know all of them. Ok , I think i have a clearer picture of what kind of person u are now AkatskiChruch.
