by that I mean certain characters show feats in the anime that we cud use in VS threads but they have not shown it in the manga?

Now for example something extreme like hinata using rasegan in the anime but not in manga, that is immediately invalid but lets say something reasonable and not so over exaggerated?

like hinata doing medical ninjutsu in the anime sounds reasonable even though it never happened in the manga? IM curious.. does kishi have control over what the anime producers etc.. show?

There is no ratio or comparasion on what is more plausable or not, i can say that possibility of having living creatures in Mars is higher than Jupiter's due to its position and conditions; that does not mean we have lil'green creatures at Mars.
