Never really thought about it. Don't know how people can hate/like him(no offence)... He lacks development and i find his lines usually moronic and useless.

Long story short,i find his appearance ok,but he lacks substance.

Like:

1. Appearance... well preferably Part I or the War Gear.

2. Determination... despite knowing that he's outclassed, he doesn't simply quit his dream of being Hokage.

3. Moves... His Gatsuga and Tail Chaser's Spinning Fang look cool... though I'm not big on the dog appearance just beforehand... except maybe Cerberus.

Dislike:

1. Arrogance... Now determination is one thing, but flat out insulting others, etc. can get on my nerves. It's simply because he's almost a Part I Naruto w/o the lonliness and loss of people (master, parents, etc.) to have made him either A) Seek attention, or B) Act like he's better than others.

...personally, I think (thanks to Kishimoto) that he is a sack of shit that doesn't deserve any respect from the moment he started to show off "AFTER" Neji's death.
