What is your opinion about 40 years old watching Naruto?

58th and I know a 99 Year old and His wife at 91 who read Manga and watch Naruto, in our youth their was no internet just mail clubs with a monthly forum to respond to the chapters we read about our favorite Magazines. Everything was snail mail response in the magazine to the series back then so by the time we responded to each other at lest two chapters might have past. Back in the 1960 a comic book was 5 cents a coke 10 cents so if you had a quarter you could get the book,soda,candy. Find a quiet cool place to read,eat and drink and use our imagination.

Why are people so judgmental if anyone watches anime or plays videogames if they are slightly over 35? It's just entertainment, it has no higher value or purpose other than entertainment or pass-time. If she believes Naruto is entertaining then I cannot see how this is a harmful hobby. It just happens to be a coincidence that anime's main audience seems to consist of teenagers. That doesn't mean it's their media format aha.

i think that's cool. this anime is just like a good tv series, offers a good sci fi story, lots of good messages and meanings, well written meaningful characters so it can be appealing and interesting to everyone.

It does not state anywhere that 40 year olds cannot watch/read Naruto or any anime related thing for that matter. Anyone should feel free to watch it no matter their age.
