Sadness & Sarrow is my favorite; it is really touching.

"Wind" from Akeboshi is my favorite ending.

Also i like Rock Lee's lotus theme.

One of my personal favorites is Hurricane Suite from the first Shippuden OST. It was perfect for the scenes in Orochi's hideout, and the first half still gives me goosebumps. xD

Another of my favorites is Silent Song from the Shippuden Movie 3. It surprisingly suits Kakashi and Minato quite well as a theme.
