Being Ashura's reincarnation simply means, 1000 or so years ago, Naruto was a guy named Ashura Otsutsuki, it doesn't automatically mean he is destined for greatness, so Neji was wrong wrong wrong!!

I meant to say how we are told in part destiny doesn't play a part in life of a ninja as naruto told. but he was destined to greatness as the savior how he was the child of prophecy later it was further shown how he was actually reincarnation of ashura and even sage foretold one would come who will unite all tail beasts so naruto is wrong and neji is right destiny plays an important part in life of a ninja.
