OT: Enjoy the excitement of birthdays while it lasts, kid. Mine pretty much went downhill after I turned eight. As for my favorite gift, I have three siblings and my parents weren't exactly rich so for my childhood my presents weren't exactly anything to get too excited about. My favorite gift was probably one I got last year. The love of my life got me a card and tried to bake me some cupcakes (she's not exactly that good at cooking so her sister made some when the first batch didn't turn out well). The cupcakes weren't the best but the card was particularly memorable since she put some really personal stuff on there. It was the first time someone put some real effort into a gift for me which made it pretty impactful.
