Gosh, there are so many good parts of the series... And I'm a Sasuke fanboy at heart, so I'm trying to think of a good part of the series revolving around him. I don't know, maybe when Madara/Obito (since I've given up on deciding who he is, though I'm almost certain he's Obito) tells him the truth about Itachi. Partly because of that understanding it brings, and because it leads to Taka wearing Akatsuki cloaks, and I think Sasuke looks badass in the Akatsuki cloak xD

The flashback where Tobi invades Konoha is the perfect episode. That is the one I always show people if they want to see the show.

Season 1 - The fights between Naruto & Sasuke, then probably filler the episode with them on a bug hunt with Hinata (Hiruzen vs Oro was epic as well)
Season 2 - Naruto going Sage Mode and actually appearing useful in a fight (instead of using Kage bullshit no jitsu), Sasuke vs Raikage was pretty intense as was Garra vs Diedara
