English since that's all I know how to speak, but German and Japanese intrigues me since they sound so badass

But Arabic is actually very easy, sure it's a little hard when you're first learning it but once you do learn it it's very write in, it's actually hard to misspell words or even make grammar errors because the smallest of changes can make a sentence lose all sense.
On the other hand, you can learn English very quickly and easily, but all the exceptions in it's grammar rules and spelling patters makes errors a very common thing even among native speakers.
