Most Itachi wankers immediately took this as, Itachi had an insane IQ and strategical thinking on par with Minato and/or Tobirama at age 7.

Yeah, no. Hashi was merely adding to the fact that Itachi hated fighting, and was thinking like a Kage, in that he wanted no more fighting.

But the Itachi fanboys are at bay currently.
Because of the latest chapter Sasuke fanboys and coming left and right and make no space for Itachi fanboys.
Probably next chapter when Sasuke talks about Itachi the fanboys shall return.
