1. Hinata
2. Orochilady
3. Konan

Hinata being number 1 is the obvious reason, no need to explain ^.^
Orochilady is my new favourite female character. She is simple too overpowered and only below Kaguya as the strongest female ninja. She loves her children even more than a dusting maid. She is an independent woman.
Konan is also an independent woman who is hailed as a truly angel.

Konan-She may not be the most developed female character, but she genuinely has a likeable aura around her and her fight against Tobi made me respect her.
Temari-She has a mind set of a true ninja, she is fierce and doesn't take crap from anyone.
Mei-Not only elegantly beautiful, her powers and her independence.

Hinata for obvious reasons.
Mei skillful, not annoying, etc.
Ino prefer her over Sakura.
