What is Tsunade's affinity?

During the fight with Kabuto we saw that she changed her chakra into electricity (so lightning), but she doesn't necessarily need an affinity for that - does anyone know if another affinity has been mentioned somewhere in the anime/manga? Thanks =]

Medical, I believe you can have an affinity for it..Don't trust my word on that though.

As far as I know, the only nature we've ever really seen her use was the lightning thing you mentioned, so I'd say at this point that's all the evidence we've got to base things on.

So.. for the time being, I think it's safe to assume her affinity is lightning.

Hmmm, I don't know either, I think you can have toxins as an affinity though. I remember it being mentioned somewhere But if not, I would go with lightning.

As everyone has said the only time we saw her use that type of thing it was lightning so the best guess is that.

When Sakura was healing Kankuro she mentioned that she hasn't seen that type of healing style since tsunade. Sakura was using water too draw the poison out of the body.

Toxins aren't an element

Wth elemental affinity would you use for toxins? Toxins isn't one of them. Affinity refers to the element the person is naturally adept with. The only factual guess we can make right now is lightning

It said affinity, not elemental affinity. >.< And there are advanced Affinities, check Naruto Wiki, you can also see under the Ying-Yang section that Ying-Yang is considered an affinity and can also be branched out to medical ninjutsu as medical ninjutsu is based off of a style of Ying-Yang control.
