EDIT: I have found out for those of us who wish to know. This scene comes from the movie Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito. This scene was from the second movie. The two movies are based on the time between R1 and R2. Watch episode 1

2.) Heres the plot. An ex Britanian prince name Lelouch Vi Britania (a.k.a. Lelouch Lamperage) seeks revenge on his father for not taking revenge on those who killed his mother. His final goal was to rule Britania(which had taken over Japan), and reshaping Japan into a safe environment for his blind and disabled sister Nunally. Lelouch literally stops at nothing to make his dream come true, as he even kills his own siblings.
