No words would be exchanged between the two combatants, Caster would idly watch from far as the Cyborg came into her line of sight – causing to become rather paranoid as to why he approached her. Was he familiar with her? He wasn’t anyone she’s met in most of her recent memory. It truly bothers the young Yuki, but alas she wasn’t afraid to show she meant business in the opponent himself wasn’t careful. “ I don’t suppose you came here for something…?” Caster asked with a rather soft tone, hiding her mischievous intentions – the moisture above her opponent would immediately begin to form into what would normally be an assassin composed of water but an additional infusion of her ice-based chakra caused it’s form to shift and become that of an ice assassin.

Its silent body was formed just out of short range of the opponent as its body was now composed of solid ice, the creation would swiftly move on it’s target without touching the ground. Should he not be careful – the assassin would show no mercy and slash its icy jutting blade into the Cyborgs body. It was a swift and flawless execution in the eyes of Anastasia – however, she wasn’t one to get too ahead of herself and wouldn’t be too surprised if her opponent managed to figure out her plan. She would in the meantime knead her water chakra into the surface below her opponent which immediately froze into ice below for future purposes should she need it.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of mist with a slight blueish hue. This is the brother technique of "Wind Release: Leap of Faith" and thus has very similar applications to that of its wind brother. However, it does contain some slight mechanical differences due to its watery composition. The assassin's may be able to disperse themselves into mist, or form into their regular shape at any time, and passively may do so. This allows them to effectively evade physical based attacks and continue their assault. However, they may not attack in mist form. But when in mist form, they do possess a defensive capability to sustain their presence of the field. This mist form allows the assassins to supplement what its brother technique could not do, and that was block against attacks. When used in offensive purposes, the mist will condense its water droplets tightly and essentially "turn" into a water form, quite solid, and able to pierce, stab, and slash the opponent in similar methods to its wind counterpart. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Description: One of Anastasia’s signature techniques, utilizing one’s ability to use their ice-based chakra to infuse into future water and wind-based techniques. Upon its activation – this technique immediately locks the user out of the ability to utilize any other element bar that of Ice, Water and Wind. This, however, allows for them to use this infusion to change the nature of their techniques, allowing for them to become completely frozen or drop the temperatures drastically. In the case of water techniques, the water upon its formation immediately becomes frozen solid. Normally this would be considered a drawback to most but the user control over the technique’s manipulation – those an example would be if the user forms an orb of water around the opponent. This instead becomes an orb of ice that solidifies and keeps the opponent in place but the user can still manipulate the orb to instead be a triangle prison of ice instead. This leaves a large room for creativity in the technique’s execution. In the case of wind techniques however it differs as rather than freezing like water, the wind techniques temperature instead drops immensely. This causes techniques for example that forms tornadoes to have visible icy winds flowing around it that can cause intense freezing damage but also cutting/pelting damage by the ice within. This infusion lasts three turns, with it only be able to be used twice per battle. It’s initial activation can be done within the same time frame as another technique but then remains passively active until it’s duration times out, which at the end leaves the user unable to use water, wind and ice above A rank for two turns. It also gains the inherent strength and weaknesses of ice release.

Description: Using his own chakra the user can, unbeknownst to his opponent, create a single or multiple water sources within the earth. The water sources can vary in size, depending on the need of the user. The user can create up to 3 separate sources but their size altogether may not exceed the size of a human sized pond. They don't form too deep in the ground, but about a meter or two beneath the surface. They can be used only as a source for other water techniques.

Note: Usable only thrice per battle

The lady he walks up to looks like the lady who he was looking for. She was on the Bingo Book. Not a lot was known about her. He knew she was part of the Yuki clan but also had some kind of Yin or Yang ability. He walked closer and stopped.

"I am here to scratch one person off the Bingo Book."

The sky got dark but no it was only in his area as he could see. It just got dark a little bit and he looked up and seen an icy figured. He used his ZX Busters to dash to the left three meters to evade the figured as it was following.

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. The user, although moving in a fast pace/burst of speed is still trackable by normal eyesight.

He takes his Demon Twin Guns out tand points one at the lady but also the icy figure. He shots the gun at the icy figure releasing a dog figure from it and it was B rank so having 40 damaged. This bullet is made of lightning chakra.

Description: Demon Twin Guns(DTG) are named Liz and Patty and are Beretta M9 Pistols. Starting out each gun clip hold 100 chakra. The user must spend 100 chakra per clip to fill them up. These guns can release bullets from D-A rank that uses 10 - 30 chakra points which goes from 20 - 60 damaged; they do use a move per turn. These bullets can be shaped into different looks besides just bullets. These bullets can be elemental or raw chakra and follow the weaknesses of shaped manipulated elemental or raw chakra. The real special ability of these pistols are they can be used by Samurais to be used for Samurai Saber and to extend out the barrel and be used the same away as a katana when they use Samurai Saber and follow the same principles. The handles can fold down by just pressing a button on whichever one or both to be used as hilts and the barrel acts as the blade its self to be used with Kenjutsu but mainly Samurai Saber because they are not sharped.

Caster idly watches as her opponent utilized some sort of technique of his to avoid the ice familiar’s path while also attempting to draw whatever weapon it is that he wielded. Caster wasn’t the easiest person to handle, as she quickly allowed for a bubble of water to form directly around her target as it immediately froze his body in place and thus was unable to move. She wasn’t done however as she applied the manipulation of the ice to effectively disarm the enemy, pushing his guns out of his palms and onto the solid ground. The ice familiar continued to move closer and closer but didn’t make attempt to strike the opponent just yet as its creator commanded it.

Once he would somehow be free, he wouldn’t be alone as Caster commanded a great technique to become imposed, as the giant tornado from directly above his positioning would immediately touch down onto the ground, swirling violently. It’s powerful spin and structure would drag his body into the storming winds, but with the infusion of ice into it – the winds would drastically freeze his limbs, with sharp ice cutting into his skin in the process. Anastasia simply lowered her hand after the execution of her techniques wondering her opponent would react.

With a weapons out and the water bursting up and with his weapons he releases out chakra bullets in the shapes of horizontal bullets that destroy the water(B rank each one). He does it in a quick section of crossing his arms with the guns.

"Welp"

The skies get dark all over. He looks up and notice the tornado forming.

"Hmm"

He smiles and takes his skateboard off his back and place sit on the ground as he got on it and activates it and uses it to evade the tornado coming down. He flies around roughly three meters above the ground. He goes to the left at an arc around his opponent aiming to close the gap between them while going around her.

He takes three kunais and throws them at his lady.

Description: Beelzebub is a skateboard that has red wheels and a green deck with a picture of two skulls connected symmetrically at the jaw. This skateboard has only one ability, it can fly and levitate. While in flight mode, the wheels rotate 90°, so that they point downwards and shoot jets up that uses the user chakra to keep it going which is -5 per turn. The flight mode activates passively by the user tapping their foot on the board one time or when the user fuel the board to activated it by using 15 chakra points. The board can fly and levitate around passively but to be used to evade or dodge a move requires a move slot and can only be done once per turn. The board can only hold max one person and only levitate at max a foot off the ground.

Caster’s patience was running thin with this one, she wasn’t sure if he really intended to take this seriously. “If you have nothing else to do here, then I strongly suggest you just leave. Fighting you thus far has been nothing more than a waste of my time” she said with no intent on furthering her pursuit. Truth be told, she wasn’t expecting this but she also wasn’t expecting her opponent to be so obnoxious. Caster watched as the individual now pulled out some sort of technology. Oh brother…she wasn’t up for this. She wouldn’t waste any more time, allowing for her ice chakra to immediately form directly around the opponent.

Once the technique was in place, she knew it wasn’t going to get away this time. As she formed it, a giant vortex would form around him; swinging him of whatever device it is that he had with him as the vortex in question promptly handled him. She would guide the already existing vortex from before in order to trap him within both techniques. She, however, wasn’t done yet, she would make sure her technique succeeded as she made the ice in question sticky to it’s touch. This made it nigh impossible to move while within the vortex. However, with her technique coming to an end, the Yuki Clan member would lower her hand after casting all the gestures for her techniques.

The user will channel their ice chakra around there opponent. The user will perform one handseal then cause a massive vortex of snow and ice shards to start swirling around the opponent. The target is the epicenter of the tech with the walls of the vortex being two meters away from the opponent in all directions. The vortex forms as fast as gushing water imprisonment, giving the opponent ample time to act. The vortex will taper off at the top creating a cone shape. If the target stays in.the vortex after three seconds the air in the vortex will be come thin and the temperature inside the cone will be lowered drastically making it hard to breathe. The user will then perform one more hand seal causing all the ice shards swirling in the vortex to shoot at the
opponent ripping them to shreds.

Hachimaru notice the wind picking up as he placed down his skateboard. Its bets at this point to not limit himself against someone like this. With his right hand he placed his gun up and holds out his hand. The wind was picking up and cold plus snowing and ice shards swinging around and this could only be one thing which is the opponent's jutsu and he starts to absorb the technique with his advanced technology. He stands there after absorbing the technique looking at his point.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.

He activates the skateboard passively while activating an invisible overshield of chakra around his body and flies directly at his opponent. and lets off five shots at his point with the pistol in his left hand. Description: Samurai quickly learned that Ninjutsu would be a very dangerous weapon, and an incredibly difficult one to combat. But, they soon developed a countermeasure that helped them combat the ever-growing amount of Ninjutsu users: infusing their armor with their own chakra. By releasing their chakra into their armor, Samurai infuse their armor with special properties, protecting against energy based attacks up to 30 damage, and physical jutsu of 40 damage and lower. This works by creating an invisible overshield of chakra around the Samurai’s body, using their chakra to augment their armor to help protect them. Due to the spiritual nature of this technique, harmonizing the Samurai’s life energies with their armor, and bringing the user’s Bushidō to the forefront of their mind, preventing Genjutsu of up to A rank from targeting them. This increase of chakra also augments their physical prowess, doubling their speed and granting a large increase to Kenjutsu and Samurai jutsu. However, upon ending, the Samurai is unable to use Iado and S rank and higher Samurai jutsu that turn and next due to fatigue as well as only two jutsu the turn it ends.
Note: This jutsu lasts 5 turns each use and is capable of being used 3 times.

Anastasia was silent as ever, her constant annoyance with this brat was ever so present as she scowled her face watching her technique be absorbed so easily. He had tones of technology on his side to protect him but that alone won’t save him from the rather of the ice princess. She would passively activate her Mystic Eyes of Clairvoyance (Byakugan), allowing her to now have a wide vision of clarity of the world around her. She would, however, this time, bite her thumb and wiping the blood onto the palm of her hands. She utilized the needed gestures, calling forth one of her trust companions into battle.

Once done, a large poof of smoke would be present but she was no longer positioned on the ground but rather mounted in the air on the back of a majestic creature known as the griffin. “Oh? It’s an honor to finally be summoned by you, Caster” the summon said flying towards the left side avoiding the bullets of the enemy but then lunged towards his general direction. “Yes, I tend to prefer to fight alone…but this circumstance as proven to be quite the manual task. So an additional ally seemed like a good choice…” she explained.

Hono, the Griffin Emperor wouldn’t waste any time; swiftly unleashing a potent stream of fire directly at the enemy. It’s power allowed it to easily spread across the terrain to reach up to mid-range in front.

Description: Hono is the emporer of all Griffin's. He is also known to be the most powerful of all Griffon's. Hono earned this title by defeating Tsume in an all out battle for the title. He has a very calm, nice, and forgiving personality. Hono mean's blaze, and Hono certainly live's up to his name. He is a very powerful creature, who does not have to rely on special ability's or ninjutsu in a battle. Hono is very capable physically, having a very muscular body and razor sharp claw's that can tear through flesh like butter. He can move and run with immense speed, and he can soar through the air even faster. Due to his speed he move's faster then a shinobi sage. But Hono earned his name through special ability. He can easily breathe stream's of fire that are capable of scortching anything in his path.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Hachimaru notice the lady summoning an animal. He has never seen such of an ability and didn't know the deal behind summons at all. He doesn't know how they work. The large summon releases a steam of fire directed at him. His skateboard is active and so he uses its abilities to dodge the steam of fire by going to the left and spins around at the same time doing a cartwheel to the left evading the stream while continuing to close the gap between the lady and him. He changes the pistol in his left hand into a hilt has the handle and the barrel as the blade and coats it with chakra releasing it at all at once. This would cause a crescent shape to be released aimed directly at the lady wanting to slice her. If it does connect would separate the top half from the body half of hers'.

Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the flying sparrow and Kusanagi: Chidori katana. Through the use of chakra flow the user channels their chakra through their swords his extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.(The technique is capable of countering Ninjutsu of A rank and below due to the chakra charge technique).

As the crescent is released the katana on his right side, that is in its sheath is building up chakra and releases it all. As he is doing that his left hand changes the gun back to its normal state. He releases out B rank bullets that are six of them directed at the lady also. The built up chakra releases the katana coated in chakra in the shape of a dog. This is aimed at the summon its self.

Description: As powerful as Iaidō and the Samurai Sabre Skill are for Samurai when dealing with Shinobi, they both have their own weakness, and this posses a problem with Samurai are pitted against ranged fighters who maintain distance by retreating. This technique aims to combine the two techniques to remedy that problem. While the blade is sheathed, the Samurai will momentarily invoke the Samurai Sabre Skill, enveloping their blade with chakra while within the scabbard; however, due to the confinement of the blade within the scabbard, this causes a build up of pressure which the Samurai releases by unsheathing the blade. The result is that the Samurai's sword is "fired" from the scabbard, much like a bullet, but while also cloaked in the aura of the Samurai Sabre Skill. They manipulate this aura only slightly, into the same form of the sword they are using, but elongated. The result is a powerful Iaidō technique that can reach up to mid-range, and at a greater speed than the Iaidō technique itself. Because of the power of the Samurai Sabre Skill, it is capable of clashing with Ninjutsu of the same power and below.
Note: Like Iaidō, the speed of this technique is relative to the user's rank. However, this technique is twice as fast as Iaidō.

Watching her opponent utilizing this tool once again caused her to become annoyed even more. She was quite tired of it and wanted to get rid of it. Once the opposing technique was sent towards her – she would form the needed hand seals by releasing a surge of ice and yin chakra mixed together. This causes a giant apparition named “Viy” to be summoned into the battlefield. It’s ghastly body would arc over it’s creator which it would make contact with the blade of chakra and immediately apply it’s unique power to freeze the chakra itself and intergraded it into its body.

It wasn’t wasting any time, raising its arm to slam down onto the opponent before he’s capable of performing his next technique.

Description: Through the formation of four hand seals, the user surges throughout their body a mixture of both the user’s Yin based chakra and Ice Based chakra together. This combination is immediately exhausted outwards into the form of a spiritual familiar named “Viy”. This ghastly creation is said to be the embodiment of Anastasia’s ice manipulating powers – however nothing has fully confirmed these mystical claims. Viy’s body is rather large, appearing to be roughly eight meters tall as it’s dark colored body arcs over the user’s own; limped over as though it was dying. The real power behind the familiar is its unique creation and interaction with foreign techniques. When Viy comes into contact with an opposing technique, the familiar imposes it’s spiritual based potency in order to affect the chakra within the technique. A very specific use of the “Yin Release: Change of Heaven” is utilized upon contact as it becomes dictated by the user’s ice based chakra and causes the opposing technique to essentially “freeze”. This can be summarized as the ice’s properties forcing the opposing technique to become frozen solid, but also will be assimilated into the body of Viy. This acts to protect the user at all costs, with the familiar being controlled by the user however it is more than capable of reacting on it’s own when handling opposing foreign chakra sources outside of it’s master’s will. Outside of this, the familiar can deliver powerful strikes with it’s body, terraforming the terrain into ice easily. Due to the nature of Yin Released being used, this technique is neutral to all other nature transformations and can only affect techniques up to 70 chakra. Upon assimilating transformed techniques, it doesn’t strength the familiar in any manner – simply acting as a “clean up” tool. This can only be performed twice per battle, lasting three turns each. Utilizing the freezing of opponent techniques requires an additional move, while striking others without freezing them doesn’t. While in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques. When Viy expires, the user is unable to use Yin Release for a single turn thereafter.

The chakra crescent blade is take hit by the ghost figured but he could let his guard down because the ghost figured is attacking at the same time of defending. This technique was very unique. It reminded him of a the legends he read. The figure is large and so is the hand coming down. He didn't have any choice at all. With the hand coming down he looks at it and draws it into his right eye. This would absorb the hand and everything it is connected to which is the whole ghost figure its self. Right before absorbing the jutsu his left frontal shoulder compartment opens up and launches a smoke flash bomb. This would blind everyone on the field and used to distract so he can absorb the jutsu but when he is doing this he is looking up so he isnt effected by the flash. The bomb is released at the lady so she would be the one blinded. The sound is loud so he had closed his ears at the same time also.

Description: Jinko no Doujutsu are special created cybernetic chakra eyes. These artificial eyes can absorb and discharge jutsu, and are outfitted with a special beam emitter that causes cellular decay, halting regenerative abilities. However, the artificial eyes don't have an unlimited capacity and can be overwhelmed by a person of massive chakra supply. When absorbing techniques, the user can only absorb things within short range and, more specifically, near contact with him. Each eye has the capacity to absorb up to 100 chakra before needing to release it or risk breaking the eye. This can be used to absorb techniques, once per eye every 2 turns. The use of the laser beams can be done once every 3 turns as well, capable of moving at Jounin rank speeds and deals Forbidden ranked damage on contact, unable to be healed afterwards.
Note: The use of the user's Lasers can be done up to 4 times, once every 3 turns.
Note: Should more than 100 chakra be absorbed, the Artificial Eye will burst, causing 40 damage to the user while disabling usage of the other for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used by Cyborgs.

( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs |Carrying six and are launched from each side of their frontal shoulders

Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.
Note: Does not count as a move but only one can be used per turn.
Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6.
Note: Cyborgs are also able to fire these up to Long range.

After absorbing the figure he looked at the lady being still blinded.

Watching from the distance, Caster could see the chakra being surged from the opponent’s eye all of a sudden as Viy attempts to strike him down. She immediately reacted to this; without the need of a hand seal – she would turn her entire body into ice, causing her hand to touch the ground and immediately freeze the terrain surrounding her. This made the smoke bombs in question to freeze frozen solid and be unusable. “Don’t get eager now…” she said to the Samurai though she would find it hard to speak as her senses would be slightly disturbed by the retarded gadgets he fired.
Hono would utilize his fire stream to burn him at the same time as well as heat up the air slightly.

Description: this jutsu is base of on three forms as well of on the three elements fuuton,suiton and of course both put together hyouton. The gas form is base on on fuuton?which that form allows the user to dispel thier body or detach any body part. Then the user could control that to fuse with the air and strike at you at a high speed (note this stage could only be done if the air is heated/ if fire jutsus have been use) the liquid stage is just a less condense form of the solid form which is base on suiton. This is a defense type form which it protects the user from most fire jutsus because water beats most fire. The last form is the solid form and it is base of hyouton. the user's body becomes a body of ice allowing the user to freeze any thing they touch
