Is it some form of Chibaku Tensei?
The Wiki states the move is called "Tengai Shinsei" where the user activates both the powers of his Rinnegan and EMS - "The user weaves three hand seals simultaneously between himself and his Susanoo, in order to draw massive meteorites from the upper atmosphere down towards a specific location on the ground."

The hand signs are different as well:

Tengai Shinsei = Ram (Madara) + Snake + Bird (Susanoo) Simultaneously
Chibaku Tensei = Clap (All users)

No, it's not CT. CT can also be used in the form of meteors, but this technique is different, a dedicated meteor dropper.

Tenga Shinsei is the technique from the videogame that most people dubbed canon.

But bring up any other moves like Tengai ryuusei and Banshou kokuin then all of a sudden it becomes fanfic.

We haven't really seen it after he used it, and I'm not sure if it was classified as a Path technique or not. It just seems something that Madara can do by himself, I don't even think the DB explains it?

It is too strong to be anything other than a Rinnegan technique, it's only been named in the game, it seems like Bansho Tenin amplified by his Susanoo.

Man that makes sense, but it also ****in' crazy. Sasuke with his superior Rinnegan, and being Rikudou enhanced was capable of using BT to bring his cores towards him all across the country.

But Madara, with a regular pair of Rinnegan (or Edo-Madara's whose RInnegan was stated to be 'fake' aka not at full power) can amplify BT (like Sasuke with Susano'o) and draw something from space?
