Why would you think that? It sounds exactly like something Sasuke would say to his daughter. He said something similar to Naruto in Chapter 699 when they undid IT.

He wouldn't say often, that's not his style. But he would say it when it counts the most and to whom it counts the most.

But my point still stands. We are talking about his daughter here. I know most fans want Sasuke to be portrayed as this cold calculating badass and all, but he is still a father who loves his daughter regardless. Plus it's suppose to be a letter is it not? So consider it his thoughts put to paper

I have no problem thinking of this letter being his feelings (with the exceptions of him calling himself unfit for the role of father)
I just have problems visualizing the words coming from his mouth
