What is the Worst Nauto Movie of the Entire Series?

What do you guys think it is? In my eyes it's movie 4 of Shippuden, The Lost Tower, hands down because my God that movie was just a cluttered, unfocused, and dragged out mess. My god it is definitely the worst in my eyes but what do you guys think?

Bonds in my opinion was my favorite. It was a typical Naruto film, but had a lot more moments that I very much liked. Plus it had the Naruto and Sasuke reunion that was the special part of the film. It kind of gave people hope that Sasuke will actually return to his old self and the village. Plus it made Sasuke shine and Naruto wasn't really OP in the film like he has been always portrayed.
