Will of Fire is concept of bilief originally came from hashirama but i think the original was hagoromo’s son ashura who bilieved in Love so literally Fire could be also means love.
Will of fire means for hashirama is that shinobi endure for a purpose. Thats it shinobi who endure for a purpose.
Weve seen the will fo fire in many ways to naruto, itachi, hashirama, the third, fourth, obito and many more
for example
naruto who wants to save his friend, sasuke who lost his way, he never gave up he went trough intense training and many more just to save him.
