What is the weakness to izanami

Like I know it a loop that the caster aka itachi cast to make you chose the destiny the caster desides for you so is there some way you can chose the caster destiny but in a different way like if itachi wanted kabuto to end edo could he just end 1 edo cause in away he did end the edo but not the whole Jutsus if I'm wrong then my bad but it is just a thought

In my opinion,proper way to end edo tensei, isn't to de-summon each edo manually. he can do it in one straight move,....& most probably, itachi would've kept it that way only.
& even if edo tensei has to be stopped by the way you've told, itachi would've kept it this way: de-summon each & every edo,then izanami will stop.

Well izanami controls one fate so I think izanagi is its weakness since he user can control its own fate and get out of izanami

So far prep time and losing an eye. But lets not get it twisted if there is a ninja in the series who can activate such a jutsu in a 1 vs 1 fight its itachi. He has the intelligence and know hows to stall if needed with subtle genjutsu's, karasu bunshin's, crow summonings. Its the skill of the user that determines the weakness of a technique
