No but I did see a the last fight scene in one of them, I think its Simone or Kamina having a fistfight with the Anti-spiral, it was so amazing. xd

I've actually heard that Demonbane is an even stronger mecha than Gurren Lagann, though I never got into that series so I wouldn't know for sure.

Of the ones I have seen though, yeah Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is definitely the strongest I've seen. And go figure, it comes from my all-time favorite anime, er, the second movie for it anyway.
