What is the roll of other villagse?

It is now becoming a fight of knoha ninjas.Its look like other ninjas don't have any other roles.Uchiha Madara, Naruto, Obito, Kakkashi ,Lee are from konoha the only diffrence is killer bee.so if win or lost it will be of konoha.My point is other village too need some heros and villains.
