What is the real reason the sages sons fought?

but now we know the uchiha love more then then the senju so it kinda throws everything off doesnt it....what do you think

Yh before it was like the elder son descendants just had a curse of hatred as shown by the elder son who hated his brother because he became their dad's successor and not him.
