what is the process for becoming the jounins in naruto

hey guys we all knew that in Naruto if you want to become Chuunin you take the Chuunin exam. but how they can become Jounin since there is No test for Jounins can anybody Know about this plz tell me...

Once you "take care" of a few issues for the higher ups, they let you into their club.

Seriously though -> You become a Chunnin and then after you prove yourself exceptional in whatever your specialty is then you can be recommended as a jounin.

You have to first pass the chunin exam.after that you have to be recommended by the jonin council.after that, the jonin council and the kage will decide to approved you or not.
