Side question: So since Madara wants to rule the "ninja world" that means only the ninja villages right? Not the whole world?

the ninjas only exist in the five major nations. beyond that its just a bunch of normal people and countries (or devil fruit users lol). feudal lords are normal yet the ninjas answer to them

The world is fully researched, the ninja world doesnt actually show "only asia" it doesnt show asia at all cause it's a totally fiction world, kishi made up a whole continent aka planet. What you saw on the map is it there is nothing else.
It consists of 5 major world powers and many smaller well best to desribe as city states around them.
