Oda has actually mentioned Sanji's "Burning passion" in an SBS. He basically said the same thing he did about Diable Jambe. That his burning heart sets him ablaze.

The best explanation I can give for Sanjis fire body is that he gets so angry that he increases the temperature on either his skin or the inside of his body to the point of setting himself on fire.

One could argue that he uses a technique similar to Jet Hawk, except he just doesn't stretch and spreads the combustion throughout his body, but I wont get into that.

I can't imagine there's more to the answer than that XD. The real question is how his clothes don't burn :lmao:

If I remember correctly humans can self-destruct by increasing temperature of body or something, so it's possible, the question is, why doesn't he take any damage, he may use haki on the cloths =D

I'd have to say the most illogical thing for me is why nobody simply held their breath when fighting Caesar, I mean come on guys. That almost made me mad, lol

•When Moria got a ship bigger than Whitebeard and shank's combined.

Seriously, how many people did you kill for a ship that big?

•Shiki lion being Gol D Roger's biggest threat.

Unless movies are bullshit.

•Kizaru being able to move at the speed of light towards Zephr, but light sword striking speed is on par with a geezer on a inhaler.

Again, movies are bullshit

well the clothes thing in one piece is illogical especially when they become part of the logia user`s body but i dont think any one would complain , after all no one would want to see akainu naked :|

After thinking a lil more, I realized Kizaru's DF is a total waste. If he is that fast, why cant hw escape people easily. I know his strength is lower compared to others, but speed alone should be enuf for DF users. He can simply tie everyone in those Seastone-handcuffs. And yes, I do not think anyone - be it WB , Roger or Shanks, can move at the speed of 3*10^8 m/s.

According to me, Kizaru should be a demon to DF users at least. I am not counting non-DF users since they may have a stronger haki and can thus prevent themselves from Kizaru's attacks.

Most of the illogical moments that I can immediately think of are related to death e.g. Pell surviving from that 5km-radius bomb and Conis' father walking out alive after receiving Enel's judgement.

Even by OP-universe-standards, that's illogical.

How so?

Tell me about it. In fact, if anything, Sanji's "Burning passion" mode bothers me more than anything in the entire series. I have a feeling that the further we progress towards EoS it's going to get worse and worse.

does he has to be? are you "the author" whenever u discover something by yourself? dont be a smartass please.

You don't have to be the author to say something is illogical but you must be the writer to explain the logics behind the content in manga.
