It doesn't have just be your town it can be somewhere else but for me it's like the water in the city of my college. It seems like no matter where I go the water smells mossy and moldy. The city water supply comes from something called a bayou which looks a little like a swamp.

Almost everything outside.
When I go to the college morning once I am outside,sunshine such a nice day and then I see open sewers and dog and cow shit by the road...that ****s up my mood and then poorly constructed footpaths and roads. Idk why they are always digging up roads,it is almost 3 years in this town their construction never ends.

The only thing that comes to mind is homeless people (a lot of which aren't even real).

Aside from that, I suppose you could say farms. We are the farming county of England after all and so, there are farms on the outer areas of the city.
