What is the level of technology in the NV? after war

Guns will probably never be used because in NV 2 bullets even a Hoakge is gone. I agree with the laptops and cellphones since we did see images of those in the Gaiden.

In one of the Naruto filler I'm pretty sure there was this one guy who had a gun.

Then again it's filler so I'm pretty sure that doesn't count.
