It's called a haori. It's like an overcoat/overclothes. Worn over the regular clothes to protect them from being ruined by the elements .... just like a jacket.

It's probably from used bags of flour from Ichiraku's, stetched to make them a coat...

So just buy maybe 5 bags of flour in your local store and try to DIY.

Closest I'd say is like a trench coat or over coat.

Haori would likely be what it is, but that's closer to what Hiashi wears over his white clothes in part 1 (standard samurai gear too).


So basically a custom built Haori/trench coat.

Minato's was explicitly referred to as a haori by Sakura. The one on Hiashi is also a haori. They come in soooo many length and sleeve styles.
