although being a rather impracticable and almost utopian ideology, enlightened absolutism would most likely result in the most prosperous society. the only other options that i find viable would be a technocratic capitalist system or a socialist constitutional monarchy.

Libertarian spread ideals and small, self sustaining villages with no restriction of technological advances.

School will be a anthropology-like upbringing.

Economy will be a resource based economy.

I like anarchy. However, with nukes involved it seems a bit impractical.

One where the president sits in an isolated room, away from the whole world, and they are allowed to only agree or disagree whether a country can be nuked or not.

It is not about the governement it is about people. Why only some western countries and countries like Japan are fully devolped even though they were torn apart by wars.
A country can prosper even if it is communist..like China
A country can prosper even if it is kingdom...like UK
Look at the Democratic republics in 3rd world..lawlessness and chaos.

There is no ideal government. All have their flaws.

"The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter."

^ Just an example.

Hmm... I partially agree because of Voltaire's conception about an enllightened state ruled by an enlighted Leader but I think that is better if the power in a state is organised according to the principles of democracy I mean power should be in the people's hands and in essence democracy has good values that should theoretically prevent abuse but again... utopia.

It depends on the goal of the said government. If to maintain authority then, military dictatorship or military junta seems ideal. If to betterment its citizens, then it depends on the level of development. If in a developing country, a benevolent monarch or dictator seems ideal, the the goal being an improved economy and level of living. If in a developed country, a democracy or technocracy seems is best.
