Those aren't necessarily just ninja honorifics. Those are used to address most people in japan. (except lord.)

-sama = lord ____. I.E. "Sesshoumaru-sama" would mean "Lord Sesshoumaru"
-kun = (not too sure about this one. usually used to address young men/women.)
-sensei = teacher _____. I.E. "Kakashi-sensei" would mean "Teacher Kakashi."

-sama is usually used by people when addressing customers in a formal manner, but mostly in a business setting. I see it used in airports a lot too when people who work at a ticket counter call for a passenger.

-kun is used widely to address young men or women but is less formal then the commonly used -san.

sama is used for people in royalty. today it is also commonly used to formally address those in business in the service industry.

kun can be used for males and females.

The highest rank from my knowledge is -neesama.

In anime, usually the one's with -neesama at the end of their names get treated with the most respect, way more than people with just sama.

After neesama there is -ojousama.

So either one Sasuke-neesama or Sasuke-jousama is probably more accurate than sama.
