What is the first thing you would change about Sakura?

Sakura is like the perfect shinobi after Hashirama

I would give her longer hair (like in part 1)

She would love Naruto istead of Sasuke

She would have a nice body like Tsunade

She would also have a sweet personality

I would erase her from the manga .

I would make her more girly, and maybe speed up her development. And bring back Inner Sakura as well as more panel time,

Her character flip flops a lot. İt is inconsistent. Her every up is followed by a horrid down.
I would change it and make her development more consistent befitting for a main character.

Maybe give her more of an attitude, other than that, she was wronged by Kishi.

She should create a new jutsu that's like an upgraded version of the medical scalpel, like medical blade or something that has longer reach and allows her to sever chakra from certain parts of her opponents body and maybe even feeling, handicapping them.

She should also gain a more unique slug summon, maybe like a snail with a protective shell.

Sasuke should unlock the perfect susanno but it should be unique to him, uniquely different than madaras.

Naruto's already got enough power ups.
