Well I'll just go through a list of favs starting with a group thing and then going individually.

Hinata, Shikamaru, and Lee: Now the majority of this part has to deal with Hinata and Lee, but also a bit of Shikamaru. As far as I am concerned, Hinata, Lee, and Shikamaru are basically the main characters of their teams. When Kishi introduced all of them....I guess he knew he may not have been able to perfectly develope all of them; however, these three have kinda stood out above their teammates. So maybe he should have given them more focus....ending with Team 7 as their tier, these three below them (also Neji), and the rest below them.

Now more on Lee and Hinata: These two probably are the only two to share Naruto's hard working mind set...now I mean that in the sense that Hinata has adopted his way, and Lee is all HARD WORK. And yet what do they have to show for it?! Nothing, Zip, Nadda. Kishi made Naruto's way a theme, but then kind of backstabbing the theme by making two of three people who follow it be pretty weak while only one of them ends up being note worthy in strength.

Mini-rant aside...


Hinata: IDK why she's reverted to her shy personality since during the entire war she's been confident. Also, going in line with lack of K11 development, she needed more time to be shown away from Naruto to show that he isn't 100% on her mind.

Shikamaru: not much to complain...probably the best developed K11 after the main characters...and honestly almost better developed than Sakura.

Lee: as I said....like Hinata his hard working never give up style has completely failed in terms of strengthening him.

Kakuzu: His death and Edo defeat COMLETELY MISMATCH his character.

Han: not enough panels

Hanzo: not enough panels....was made to look pretty weak against Mifune...luckily they explained why he was weak at the time.

Tobirama: Has only been here to hype Minato, and apparently hype Orochimaru and Obito. Should have used the seals to break Edo Tensei, should use water techs. Instead doesn't use the seals...yet...and hasn't used Suiton.

Trollkage: Not enough Trolls Also could have made him fight with his Ice Blade like Joukie Boy did...was so legit.

I'll stop there.

Minato: Not enough shown. I felt copped-out when Kishi give him KCM, since I was expecting to see more techniques that used had in the past. He's already fast enough without needing the Kyuubi's chakra.

Kakashi: Hyped up but then forgotten about. Remember Kakashi's unseen rampage? What about those 1000 techniques he's supposed to know (but only uses a handful)? Now he's completely stranded in Kamui, despite going toe-to-toe against an exhausted Obito.

Sasuke: His personality changed dramatically since Itachi's death. I liked him more when his goals were focused, and didn't suffer from unstable emotions ruining his combat prowess.

Naruto: Have him get punched around by that useless fodder. Treated like shit by the whole village, no parents, no one to go to.

Obito: Got friend zoned, looked like complete shit a couple chapters ago. Had to go through alot of shit.

Kakashi: Like Obito, lots of burdens, went through alot of shit and regret

Tobirama: Should get more panel time, show us some of his abilities.

Kabuto:Got trolled big time and had so much potential.

Orochimaru:This guy should be working on ways to become the Juubi's jinchuriki,instead he's a good guy now and Naruto is short on legit evil villians.

Obito - Making him lose to kakashi, when the guy didn't use any of his techs like powerful Katon attack and barrier that withstood Hachibi's punches. Not to mention his prowess his Kusari gama. What a Joke win this was for Kakashi. This was THE worse Deus Machina crap I have yet to see since Naruto's win against Neji and Kakuzu.

Kakashi - Developing Kamui and leeching on another Uchiha Ocular ability.

Neji - Killing a character with a lot of potential and keeping waste of spaces like Hinata, Sakura, and Ino alive. I could never understand this plot development. It's the pinnacle of poor writing.

Sasuke - His convictions were noble and yet, now he's fighting for the same people who have wrought this on the world themselves. They should have been expunged rather than aided.

Orochimaru - What the hell happened here?

Neji: Makes him leave the battlefield!! Just like that

Tenten: Not enough panel time...She's soooo in the background! (And shino complains about being ignored)

Hinata: She's Hyuga main branch!! She should be a wee bit stronger! I heard that in the manga, she didnt even land 1 hit on deva path!!

There are too much and i am mad.

-Liking Sakura
-Can't defeating sound nins in the forrest of death for the sake of plot; i know he is stronger than them!
-Sasuke copying his some taijutsu moves therefore making Sasuke fanboys think Sasuke>Lee in taijutsu (even though Sasuke can keep up that speed for a really short period of time and Lee has gates and drunken fist)
-Not having impressive feats in part 2.
-He could not prove his worth of his hardwork and becoming in a better spot in acknowledgement and power, everyone worships Naruto, Gaara become a kage no one gives a credit for Lee...

I know I'm pissed how Lee is used for plot losing fights he clearly should and can win so the main characters can go on and beat that person. One thing I disagree about is Lee not having impressive feats in Part 2 his tai is stronger much more stamina and can take 5th gate no problems. Lee just doesn't get any screentime, he has yet to go all out in shippuden which piss me off.

He clearly was better than Gaara and should have beat him but Kishi's plot can be an a$$.

Sasuke:
He was epic as Hebi Sasuke, his goals focused. Showing how intelligent he is. Got ms and turned into, "HEY KAKASHI IMMA KILL YOU AND YOUR VILLAGE TROLOLOLOL!" I thought he was getting better since he remet Itachi but then he turned into, "Ima be Kage of the village I wanted to destroy no less then two days ago. :3" Like pink would say, "He changes his mind like a ***** changes clothes." Oh wait! He has the most wardrobe changes out of everyone!

Reasons why Sasuke turned into a chick:
1. He changes his mind so much
2. He gets random moments of rage and then he's okay again (Maybe his bleeding out of his eyes is the Uchiha version of menstraating)
3. He changes his clothes so much that I'm sure he's goin, "This was SOOO out of style. Like totally fereals! But this outfit, Oh my Jashin! Looks sooo sexay!"

Orochimaru:
He was an awesome villain. Now he's, "I'm going to be friends with the boy I wanted to take over his body with! " WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORO I USED TO KNOW!?

Kimimaro:
Really? He was defeated by young Gaara and Lee, but without his sickness Mu was like, "Everyone watch out! That kid is dangerous!" He got trolled so bad. So much potential as well. The sound four could've been cool too.

Itachi:
He should've either stayed a good guy, or stayed dead. Edo Itachi sucked it just ruined his character, "Kabuto, you were like me. Now, I have the mind rape you. Izanami."

Neji:
worst. Death. In. The. Manga. He died, for some Naruhina moment and had been useless to the plot until then. That Naruhina moment was also ruined by Naruto's, "Well...if you wanna be technical...you can call pink ***** my gf." In pt1 he survived getting shot in the lung with arrow, but a splinter killed him four years later. Wtf

Hidan:
He wasn't trolled much. He "died" a good way.

Nagato:
"I killed my sensei and destroyed a lot of Konoha....but I decided to revive them...minus my sensei....even though this whole time I wanted to capture Naruto...." At least Edo Nagato wasn't THAT bad.

Ino:
She's supposed to be Sakura's rival....and she's the weakest k11 member. Heck, if you include taka, Sai, and the sand siblings, she's only stronger than Karin. Sakura is like what, only behind Sasuke, Naruto, Gaara, Neji, Lee, and debatably Jugo, Choji, and Kankuro (though she's prob stil stronger). I smell your shit Kishi.

Gaara:

I feel that the manner in which he lost to Deidara was a bittersweet moment. If Gaara hadn't been forced to worry about utilizing a prodigious quantity of chakra in order to save his village, then perhaps Gaara would've destroyed more than just Deidara's left arm. At the same time, the manner in which he lost exhibited a great amount of character development and growth for Gaara, seeing as we witnessed that he was indeed fit to be Kazekage because he prioritized the safety of the village above his own well-being. This single-handedly earned a great deal of respect for his character.

Rather than being dealt an unsatisfactory death at the hands of Sasuke, I think that a rematch between Gaara and Deidara would've been a more appropriate way to have Deidara die.

It's possible that Gaara could have reclaimed some dignity, demonstrating that he would've kicked the **** out of Deidara in a situation where the safety of the sand village was not at stake.
