Naruto is an ignorant. He doesn't know that having Kurama inside of him would make him essentially immune to Genjutsu. Kurama has never been compliant with Naruto before, so has never tried to snap him out of genjutsu before. He knows no better than to warn B that if he's captured in Tsukuyomi then he is done, because he doesn't know that being a jinchuruuki with a compliant tailed beast, B can easily break free from the genjutsu.

Bingo. Which is what I don't get is hard to understand. Killer B took atleast one second to break Sasuke's INFERIOR Tsukuyomi. Naruto blatantly stated if ITACHI's Tsukuyomi struck one of them it'd be over, as it was a much more proficient version.
