What is the difference between Rinbo Hengoku and Shinra Tensei?

Also why didnt obito use it? he also has one rinnegan!

I think in ST you are the centre of gravity, but with RH you can push away things from any one point?
Madara said he knows more about the Rinnegan than Obito, and he's much more powerful

Shinra tensei is a shockwave that will push things away from yourself. it won't affect someone that is 100 meters away that much...

what madara did is: he aimed towards a bijuu and then simply used a similar Jutsu... the shockwave would push things away from where madara was aiming... instead of from himself.

It's pretty much the same move, but with a fancy name. It's still Shinra Tensei the ability to push out objects with great force. Madara just has better proficiency with the Rinnegan then we seen Deva did while he blown the toads away.​

Like kakashis kamui you cant target people and objects from a distance but the effect is the same as shinra tensei.

Kind of OP. No one would be able to touch you, you look at them and theyve gone flying.

Rinbō (輪宝; Literally meaning "Wheel Treasure"), is a Dōjutsu technique which by focusing the Rinnegan, the user is able to create a invisible force that repels the spot where the eye meets it's target. This attack is powerful enough to repel all nine tailed beasts at once.

What is Shinra Tensei?

Shinra Tensei is the Deva Path's ability to manipulate repulsive force (斥力, sekiryoku) at the user's will to push matter or ninja techniques away. The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used. The minimal time period is about five seconds, but it varies depending on the amount of power put into the attack.

Now Rinbō was used a bit in a different way.
