being nice is something every one could be if they want to,
being good is something that is inside,it's the ability to feel empathy,to think about the other person first.

A good person does stuff for the sake of others while a nice person may not. eg. say your friend was wearing something stupid, a good person would tell them while a nice person might not for the sake of being nice.

A nice person will act a in certain way in order to not hurt someone's feelings or make them feel uncomfortable. So sometimes “nice people” can be fake and be more concerned about facade than the truth. Acting all nice doesn't mean you have good intentions.

To be a good person means to me to be a person with good intentions, a person that cares and acts toward the greater good. Sometimes that persons can do unpopular things and don't look nice at all, but they go through it anyways.

A nice person could be a person who smokes weed, does illegal things, but is genuinly kind. Like my uncle went to jail for making meth, but does charity work now and helps homeless people by making food in soup kitchens.

A good person might not be nice, but does not do drugs or anything illegal. They might go to church and believe in god, but they do not have to be nice.

I believe the good is a person who isn't afraid to stand up for their own belief and wont buckle under pressure.

Nice on the other hand is sensitive to the environment around themselves and gets along with people well
